Rather than staying in a corporate city hotel, Desert Palm has the feeling of residing on a private country estate. This is highlighted through the pool villas and residences - a selection of one, two and three bedroom private villas that offer a home-from-home experience combined with all the facilities of the resort.

Each of the villas and suites showcase air-conditioning, espresso machine, a private safe, personal business and entertainment centre including IDD telephone, complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, flat screen with extensive multi-language satellite and cable TV, surround sound with CD/DVD player and Apple iPod. 13 Palm Suites – 45 – 75sqm

Located on the top floor of the resort, the Palm Suites overlook the resort’s polo fields, beautiful gardens and the Dubai skyline. Comfortable daybeds are positioned along the expansive windows creating the ideal location to watch the daily polo chukkas or just relax with a good book.

4 Pool Villas – 198sqm

In addition to the offerings of the Palm Suites, the one-bedroom Pool Villas feature large indoor and outdoor living areas and private swimming pools. Each villa boasts a sumptuous living room and dining area, a delightfully ‘sunken’ bedroom and a spacious bathroom with both indoor and outdoor rain-fall showers. The Pool Villas offer ultimate privacy for lying by the pool and enjoying the exotic settings, or taking a gentle midnight swim. The design is fabulous for entertaining friends or as an intimate hideaway for two.

8 Pool Residences – 528sqm

Each Pool Residence offers seclusion with 9ft privacy walls encircling the gardens, an expansive swimming pool, outdoor dining area and sun-bathing deck. These two-bedroom villas are the ultimate ‘home away from home’, complete with spacious living areas that allow abundant natural light, air conditioning, cool high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms with luxurious amenities and state-of-the-art entertainment systems.

Villa Layali with Private Pool

This exclusive two-bedroom presidential villa, surrounded by lush grass and colossal palm trees, is a walled sanctuary, capturing the beauty and simplicity of the Arabian landscape. Built from Jordanian stone, this villa is centred around an open-air courtyard with a large swimming pool and water features, while the broad deck is perfect for sunbathing or outdoor entertaining.
